ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Jenn!

I am an accountant, a mom of three, and I have ADHD. Like many women, I was late diagnosed (at the age of 42), and it was a welcome relief in that it made so much of my life make sense! I have been working to create calm in my life ever since, after living for so long with the constant internal and external chaos that now had a name.

I became a nutrition coach and a life coach shortly after my diagnosis, because I wanted to help other women like me who had struggled with weight management. I saw the connection between ADHD and how difficult it was for me to make lasting change when it came to my body.

But I also see how ADHD can make things different for us as women in other areas of life such as finances and organization. And that is where this blog came in – I wanted to create a place for “xennial” women (late millennial, early Gen-X) with ADHD to feel right at home and like they belong.

I want it to feel like a warm, inviting place where you can cozy up with a blanket and hot drink, and have unmasked, judgment free conversations. Welcome home!

Jenn
