As someone who was late diagnosed with ADHD, it’s been like going back and trying to get to know the real me for the first time. Balanced Living with ADHD for me is so much about exploring all the things that feel like home to me, and simplifying life in order to get to spend my energy on the things that really matter.

Of course I have a focus on weight loss here, as that has been one of the biggest connections I made after my diagnosis – how ADHD impacted my weight. But I also share a lot about the other parts of life that go into it, and pieces of my story as I unmask and uncover my true, authentic self.
